Show And Tell – My Favourite Leader

On 13th Aug’10, show and tell activity on “My Favourite Leader” was held across pre-primary section as a part of the Independence Day celebration. The children were asked to come dressed up in orange, green or white coloured clothes. The show and tell was held individually in all the classes where in children were asked to bring a photograph of their favourite national leader. The children were really excited to show their favourite national leader’s photograph to their fellow classmates and their teachers and also said a few words about the national leader they admired and respected. Children were explained the significance of celebrating 15th August as the Independence Day and also the role played by their favourite national leader in that aspect. All in all it was one big celebration and the day went off well.
