Students of grade III performed an activity based on the “Concept of Water”. Various things were collected such as (honey, milk, stone, wood, cooking oil, pin, coin sugar, salt etc) and each child was told to make a guess whether the above things float, sink, dissolve or mix in water. In most of the cases, the students understood and were able to answer correctly. The students actually got hands on experience with different types of liquids. They were encouraged to notice and draw the orientation of each object on the water.
