Secondary- French day

The French national day was celebrated on 14th July. The children came dressed in colors of the French flag- blue, white n red. They had a lovely mask making activity in the morning on the Mardi Gras theme. It was wonderful to see the creativity in the works of the children. Later, the French assembly was to be conducted but due to bad weather, the children had to be sent home.

On the 20th of July, the students of grade 9 conducted the assembly with a small parade, a skit on the Bastille Day, information on Joan of Arc, Marie Antoinette, Napoleon Bonaparte, and King Louis VI and finally ended with the French national anthem. The students had also prepared a small display area with charts and models.
