Grade 3 children saw a movie clip of ‘Akbar Birbal’ story in the projector room. It was a starter activity for the English lesson ‘The harp of the Dagda’. Through the story the children were explained, how these fine stories about things happened long ago, are passed on from generations to generations. They were explained the word ‘legend’. Nobody knows exactly how many of these stories are true and has really happened. The session was interactive; it also stirred their thought process and created interest in the children to know more about legends.
