HINDUSTAN TIMES

Students from grade 3-9 were given an opportunity to participate in the Hindustan Times Scholarship programme 2012. This is Mumbai’s largest scholarship programme in which 50 of Mumbai’s brightest young minds from grade 5-9 win a scholarship of Rs. 50,000 based on their talent in essays writing skills. Grade 3 and 4, however, are given a certificate based on their talents in the academics and co-curricular activities. Students were quite excited to take part in this programme as they desperately want to be one of those 50 students and earn a stupendous reward. Even parents were seen encouraging their children for the same. But, unfortunately, not all could make for it. We are proud that one of our students from Grade 5, Vrushali Gadkari, could succeed in the same. Hindustan Times has therefore given a great platform for students to come forth and express their skills.
