Salad Activity
Topic of density was taught to students with a salad
activity where in they used cucumber, tomato, vinegar, salt & oil. They
pour water in salad & observed that tomato being denser sinks, cucumber
& oil floats on water.
This activity helped students to relate concept of
density in physics to their daily life.
