Rustomjee Cambridge International School had
organized a Book Review activity on 20th July 2012. Parents who had
eagerly volunteered for the same were asked to come prepared with the
grade-related book. They came up with various ways to enhance the
teaching-learning process. Some parents had planned for wonderful Powerpoint
Presentation related to the book, some had questioning method followed by
explanation, some gave more information about the writer and their splendid collection
of books etc. It was very nice to see the
parents participating in our world of teaching. The students were also very enthralled
to learn more about what was being taught. On the contrary, it was a good
experience for the students as well as for the teachers to interact with such
talented volunteers we had. We hope to see more parent-involvement in our
future activities.
