Fwd: Blog for DIY


We must maintain each part of our body to keep it fit and healthy. We do physical exercises for our muscles and even mental exercises for our mind. But what do we do for our eyes? On 30th January, 2013, as a part of the DIY (Do-It-Yourself) activity, the students of Grade 3,4 and 5 were reminded about the importance of having healthy eyes and were taught about eye care. They were also given tips on how to keep the eye muscles strong. Simple exercises were demonstrated to the children which they repeated and practised. They have been advised to repeat these on a daily basis to maintain healthy eyes and good eyesight.
