Literary Fest – Grade 6 to 8
"Take advantage of every opportunity to practice your communication skills so that when important occasions arise, you will have the gift, the style, the sharpness, the clarity, and the emotions to affect other people."
Bearing this quote in mind we have arranged many activities under literary fest to help students enhance their existing qualities and also to develop some new ones.
On 7th February 2013 two competitions were organized, 'Turn Coat' for grade 6 wherein students were asked to speak for and against the given topic for two minutes ,three winners from the entire grade were selected , and for Grade 7 & 8 'Prelude to Debate' it was a selection criteria adopted to select for 'Debate Competition' to be held on 15th February'13. Students were given a persuasive topic and they had to speak for or against the topic for two minutes. Ten winners from the entire section were selected on basis of the content, good delivery and tone.
