Grade 7 Students were introduced the subject of design and technology with a simple activity of building the most stable highest tower using only frames and base grid. The students with the competitive spirit tried to create the highest tower and came up with various designs. The concept of pressure, force acting per unit area was explained by the teacher. The examples of dam having broader base and school bag designed with broader strip were discussed during the session.
