Based on the chapter, "Safety First" an experiment was conducted in the class. Different fabrics like nylon, cotton and silk were used, to test which one burnt quickly. The children noted down the observations in their book. This demonstration helped the children to understand the importance of using cotton clothes while cooking or handling fire.
