Grade 6- Physics – Rules for writing standard units

A learn with fun activity was organized for the students of grade 6 on 8-7-13, Monday. The students were expected to identify whether the given unit is being used for measuring mass, length, temperature and time and whether it belongs to CGS or MKS system. Some units were also not in accordance to the standard rules and the students had to identify the mistake. The activity gave them an opportunity to develop spontaneous and critical thinking ability.

The activity surely helped to make them thorough about the rules of writing standard units while they had good fun.
