BEDS AND BLANKETS - 19th October 2013
(Grades 3 to 5)
The students of grades 3 to 5 had a wonderful and unique experience on Saturday, 19th October 2013. The event was aptly named "Beds and Blankets".
Students and teachers assembled in school at 7.30 pm. They proceeded to their respective classrooms, where they played a variety of board games. This was a very good experience since these games provided entertainment and knowledge, especially in today's digital world!
After the games, there was a dinner buffet in the lobby and everyone had a sumptuous meal. Following dinner, the students once again played games in classrooms which ended with a dance session.
Eventually, everyone "Retired for the night" (just to say), as there was a lot of excitement in the air and it was really late till all actually fell asleep!
Students left school after breakfast in the morning with a board game as a 'take away' and a remembrance of this unique experience!
