1) How was your next day at school?

Next morning was very bad as I reluctantly pulled myself to wake up and prepared myself to go to school. As I dragged myself thinking that the day would end soon. A new teacher Mr Lee replaced for Ms James strode in and he taught us the use of verbs in past tense. While Mr Lee was teaching my eyes grew heavier and heavier and I bent over my books and closed my eyes, pretending as though I was reading my book. I tried my best to keep myself awake but the sleep was conquering me.

2)How and why were you caught by your new teacher Mr Lee?

Suddenly Mr Lee's voice sounded loud and clear, as he asked me to read a sentence on the board, for he observed that I was not paying attention with my book in front of my eyes. I woke with a start. I pulled myself together and looked at the board. The words on the board looked faint. I barely could make out the lines of the letters. I strained my eyes, but all I could see was a blurred mess of letters. I tried again and thought if I could decipher a few letters. So I began to read "The toad was ugly." Unfortunately my twin brother who was in the same class corrected me saying that it read.'The road was muddy.' Thus the whole class started laughing at me. I felt If only I could run off somewhere and hide! I wasn't quite sure what Mr Lee would say and do next.

3) Write in your own words how you persuaded your twin brother not to reveal the matter to your parents that occurred in school?

Dad and Mum would be furious if Eddie conveyed the instance at home. It was my fault as I stayed up late and caused drowsiness. I decided to talk to Eddie before we could reach home. As I had learnt a lesson for keeping awake late at nights and playing games by being insulted and laughed at by my class mates. So while we were going back home I requested Eddie not to tell the matter to mum and dad as they would be furious and take away the computer and not give me back for many months. I promised him that I would play computer games less often and would also give him a chance to play. These words convinced my twin brother and we kept our nightly habit a secret forever.
