At the Hospital

A hospital scene was created by the preparation classes wherein teacher enacted as doctor, nurse and patient. Children were excited to see doctor and nurse visiting their class followed by ailing patient. Children were inquisitive to see the doctor in apron with his sthetescope and nurse with the First-Aid kit and treatment given by the doctor to the patient. They got to know that doctor is our friend who cures our –sickness through medicines and makes us fit and healthy. Nurse assists doctor in his work. Doctor advised students on their eating habits and the importance of doing exercise. Children promised doctor that they will eat healthy food and avoid eating junk food on regular basis. Thus the patient understood the importance of the saying ‘An apple a day keeps the doctor away’.
