French day and Math week Plan –Grades 6-9
Dear Parent,
The French Day and the Math week will be conducted in the week 12th -17th July.
Please note :-
1. All activities will be conducted during school hours only .Participation of all students is mandatory.
2. For French day ONLY,14th July, students are required to come to school dressed in western outfits accessorized with berets, scarves and for boys-French beards. There will be canteen conducted by students of grade 6 in the morning shift and students of grade 5 in the afternoon shift. Parents of students (grade 5 ,6) please check school diary for menu.
3. Only for grades 6-9 -For French day,canteen transactions will happen in euros. Students can purchase Euros from their math teacher only on the 12th of July.(1 euro costs appx Rs 60).An amount of 1-2 Euros is sufficient for canteen and flea market set up on the French day.
4. On all other days the students need to come in school uniform.
