Story time
This week the story of fox and the grapes was done in the foundation classes. Many activities of the same were done with the children.
The first day children were narrated the story of fox and the grapes using puppets prepared by the teachers. Children thoroughly enjoyed the puppet show. The following day we had children enacting the characters of the same story with their friends and narrating the story in their own words. Children were really excited doing this in class with their classmates.
The activity on the fox and the grapes was even more fun and learning. Children were made to prepare sock puppets of the fox in the class. They used these puppets to narrate the story to the class in their own words.
In all it was a great story time week for the children.
