Students of grade 6 had an activity in SST (Janapadas and Mahajanapadas) where they were asked to form 4 groups, each group having 5-6 students. A chart was presented where a hierarchy was drawn. Few flash cards having names of the places in Mumbai were kept on the table. There were 3 rounds in all and the leader of the group had to send the members who could come forward and stick the right flashcard at the right place. They enjoyed doing this activity and the concept was clear to them.
