The health and nutrition week had lots in store for the students. The students were given information about healthy ways of cooking like steaming; baking, roasting, etc. students were shown videos on these ways of cooking. They were made to understand that the methods of cooking like frying, etc. are harmful not only because they lack nutrition but also because they contain lot of fats and oxidants. Students enjoyed the videos. The importance of raw food was also shown through a beautiful video.
