Grade 7 - Eco – friendly Ganesha

Grade 7 took up the cause of making and selling the Eco – friendly Ganesha idol, made up of clay and natural colours. They had earlier put up skits enlightening the students about the ill effects of the Ganesha idols available in the market. They emphasized the importance of using the eco-friendly Ganesha idols towards conservation of nature. They spread the awareness by talking to the parents during the Open House and collecting orders for the same. Parents came forward enthusiastically and placed the orders for the eco-friendly Ganesha idols. Ganesha idols were handed over to these parents on the 17^th and 18^th September, 2012.
