An English activity for Grade 5


An Activity was conducted on the 5th of August , 2010 by grade 5 A,B and C on the basis of the English Gulmohar Text ‘In the Dark Tower’. The students were asked to bring newspaper articles related to crimes committed in the society.
Each class was divided into four groups .They sat in their groups and with great enthusiasm organized the pictures and pasted them on their respective charts. Each group came out with thought provoking captions. They enjoyed the session and became aware of the crimes that are happening around them. It was a great eye – opener to the class.
