Safety during rains

On 9^th Aug’ 10 Reception children were gathered in a class to see the dramatization on safety during rains. It was a fun day for the children wherein they not only learned about the precautions they need to take during rains but also enjoyed seeing the characters.

The story began with teachers dressed up as a mother and a girl. Children were really excited seeing their teachers. At the same time, the children learned the importance of taking care of themselves during the rains. During one of the scene we had included the entry of a hawker selling unhygienic food. Children were really happy seeing him, but after seeing the consequences of eating outside food they knew they were not suppose to eat outside food. In this way, children learnt as well as had fun. In all it was an enjoyable time, full of fun and learning.
