LEARNING THE OLDEST ART FORM OF INDIA
Shadow puppets have an interesting genesis. As one of the oldest art forms of India, they are derived from the visual art performances. It would appear that the shadow puppets, as a form of theatre, evolved from the visual dramatization given to cut-out figures. The students of Foundation did a shadow puppet on the story of Thirsty crow and enjoyed it thoroughly using this oldest art form.
