Students of grade VIII-B performed experiments in the chemistry lab to understand the following types of reaction:-
1) Exothermic reaction using sodium hydroxide and water.
2) Endothermic reaction using ammonium chloride and water.
3) synthesis by burning magnesium
4) Decomposition of Copper Carbonate
5) Displacement reaction using Fe filing and Sulphuric acid
6) Double decomposition using Copper oxide and Ferrous sulphate
Based on their observation students were able to predict the type of reaction. The experiment helped to understand the concept more clearly.
